One sheet, two sheets or a 14-sheet banner
Print 1 page prints both words on one sheet. Under More options, set What goes on a page to One word per page and only Happy grows, to 51 mm in Chewy; Halloween already fills the width. One letter per page gives 14 upright sheets, 3.02 m of US Letter or 2.94 m of A4, the H about 12 cm tall. The w prints a tenth smaller except in Chewy; Hollow evens it out.
Which letters keep their holes
Seven letters have holes: two a's, two p's, the o, two e's. The Bubble look shrinks all seven to black marks in Chewy and Lilita One; only Fredoka keeps white rings in the a, p and o. Hollow opens all seven in every font.
Tips
- For plain Halloween bubble letters, type Halloween alone: nine letters fit How to draw it, which otherwise shows only Happy.
- No drippy outline. Rubik Bubbles, one Next style press away, has a lumpy edge; draw drips under it by hand.
- The older spelling Hallowe'en still makes nine banner sheets: the apostrophe shares a sheet with the e before it.
Questions and answers
How do you draw Happy Halloween in bubble letters?
Write both words lightly in pencil with wide gaps. Draw a rounded outline around each letter, rub out the pencil, then colour. Nine shapes cover all 14 letters: H, a, p, y, l, o, w, e and n, five of them used twice.
How big do the letters print?
Every sheet fits US Letter and A4. On one sheet the H is 25 to 32 mm tall in the Bubble look and 30 to 40 mm in Hollow, Chewy tallest. One letter per page gives a Bubble H of 117 to 129 mm.
Can I print the letters in orange, purple or green?
Yes. Look set to Fire prints a shaded pumpkin orange. Or open More options: Colours fills the Bubble letters in Flame, a flat orange with a dark brown edge, Purple, Slime green or Black. Colour-in outline is the white one for crayons.
Can I print Trick or Treat, or a sign for the candy bowl?
Yes. Type up to 40 characters in the box; Enter starts a second line. After your first press, Halloween words in bubble letters appears, with Trick or / Treat, Boo, Haunted / House and Please / Take One a tap away.
