Pick a cheer, tap it
Tap any tile and the face is on your clipboard. The groups go by what the arms do: straight up, fists in the air, fists clenched at the sides, flung to one side, running in, dancing, and holding a banner or a shout. Search reads labels and extra words: finally finds 7, no way 8, dancing 9.
Open mouths, borrowed arms
The open mouths are borrowed: ∀ is the maths sign For all, ヮ is katakana small wa, ▽ is White down-pointing triangle. The arms ヽ and ノ are a katakana iteration mark and the letter no. Everyday characters keeps 63 and drops 17: the 12 with Arabic digits, 4 with a Canadian syllabics grin, and ƪ(ˊ▽ˋ)ʃ.
Tips
For a username that refuses odd characters, seven are keyboard only. Search plain: \o/ is the shortest at three characters.

Both arms thrown up in a cheer. Wikipedia's list of emoticons files it under Excited, in a row of six. Four of the six are here, ＼(~o~)／ and ヽ(^o^)丿 among them. The three-character \o/ is recorded there as Cheer, "Yay, yay."
What are the ٩ and ۶ in ٩(◕ヮ◕)۶?
