Tap a tile and the kiss is copied. The first two groups go by which way the lips point, so the face can lean toward the name beside it. After that: arms out, blown kisses, two faces, blushing, and words. Search reads the labels: wink finds (^3~) and (^ε~), and formal finds (˘ε˘) 口付け.
What the lips are made of
( ˘ ³˘) uses Superscript three, U+00B3. (^3^) uses the plain digit, and (￣з￣) uses Cyrillic small letter ze, U+0437. (´ε｀ ) turns the other way with Greek small letter epsilon, U+03B5. Across the page that is 25 faces with a digit, 7 with a raised three, 14 with ze and 21 with epsilon.
Tips
Wikipedia lists (*^3^)/~☆ for blowing a kiss. Stars have their own page, so this one stops at the tilde.
Keyboard only keeps 16 faces. (^3^) is five characters, and (^3^)~ xoxo signs off a letter.
Chu is the sound. Wiktionary traces English chu to Japanese ちゅっ, imitative of lips protruding.

How do you type a kiss kaomoji on a keyboard?
Open bracket, caret, 3, caret, close bracket: (^3^). The 3 is the puckered mouth. Hyphens for eyes give (-3-), and a tilde on the end, (^3^)~, blows it. The Keyboard only chip shows all 16.
What does (づ￣ ³￣)づ mean?
Wikipedia's list of emoticons files (づ￣ ³￣)づ under hugging or reaching and kissing. Each づ is an arm held out, each ￣ is a flat eye and ³ is the mouth. It is the first face under Arms out, with six more behind it.
Is :* a kiss kaomoji?
No. Wikipedia's list of emoticons gives :-*, :* and :x for a kiss, and all three are Western emoticons, read with a tilted head. Kaomoji sit upright, so the lips have to pucker facing you. (^3^) is the nearest thing on a keyboard.
