Happy birthday bubble letters on one sideways sheet: Happy over Birthday, white inside, the H 30 mm tall in DynaPuff. Six of the 13 letters have holes (two a's, two p's, B, d), and the font decides which stay white.

For a party wall, set What goes on a page to One letter per page: 13 upright sheets with capitals near 13 cm, 2.8 m of US Letter or 2.7 m of A4. Next and Previous turn the pages, and the print button prints all 13. One word per page makes two sheets, but only Happy grows, to 43 mm.
Happy Birthday in bubble letters: which holes stay white
The Bubble look thickens every edge, so narrow holes fill with black. Mochiy Pop One keeps all six white, Fredoka loses only the B, DynaPuff leaves six black marks, and in Bagel Fat One and Rubik Bubbles the a's vanish. Look set to Hollow opens every hole; Mochiy Pop One and Bubblegum Sans draw it cleanest.
Tips
- Capitals suit a banner: nothing hangs below the line, and Bubblegum Sans grows from 117 to 125 mm or more.
- For cutting out, pick DynaPuff or Rubik Bubbles: their strokes are about twice as thick as in Bubblegum Sans.
Questions and answers
How big is the happy birthday bubble letters printable?
Capitals print 29 to 36 mm tall on one sheet in the Bubble look and 34 to 47 mm in Hollow. One letter per page: 117 to 129 mm, Hollow 131 to 145 mm. Leave the printer on portrait; the sheet is turned to fit.
Can I add a name or an age?
Yes. Type it on a third line, under Birthday. A name shorter than Birthday leaves DynaPuff at 30 mm, while Bubblegum Sans drops from 36 mm to 31 mm. Ages bring holes of their own: Mochiy Pop One keeps 0, 6 and 9 white.
Can I print it already coloured?
Yes. Set Look to Rainbow and the letters run from red to purple inside a thin dark edge. Or keep Bubble, open More options and change Colours: Bubblegum prints pink letters with a purple edge, Sky blue a navy one.
Are there easy happy birthday bubble letters to copy by hand?
Yes. In More options, set Kind of sheet to How to draw it: it prints Happy in four steps. Pencil each letter, draw one rounded line around it, leave a ring inside the a's, p's, B and d, rub out the pencil, then colour.
