Hawaii in bubble letters opens on one sideways sheet in Mochiy Pop One: black outline, white middle, the H 40 mm tall. It is the one font here whose Bubble look draws each i dot as its own shape.

The two i's and the two a's
The Bubble look fattens every stroke, so in the other five fonts each dot melts into its stem, leaving a waist. Hollow and Sunset fade, under Look, draw the dots separately in every font. The a's hole stays white in Mochiy Pop One and Fredoka, shrinks to a mark in Chewy and DynaPuff, and closes in Bagel Fat One and Rubik Bubbles.

Open More options and set What goes on a page to One letter per page: six upright sheets, 1.3 m of US Letter or 1.26 m of A4. The wide w prints smallest, a quarter smaller than the i in Mochiy Pop One. In Hollow, Chewy and Fredoka draw all six at one scale.
Tips
- To copy Hawaii bubble letters by hand, set Kind of sheet under More options to How to draw it.
- HAWAII in capitals ends in two plain bars; only Chewy's I has top and bottom strokes.
- On a banner the mark in Hawai‘i shares the sheet of the i before it, which prints smaller.
Questions and answers
How do you draw Hawaii in bubble letters?
Write the word in pencil with wide gaps, leaving the w the most room. Draw a rounded outline around each letter, rub out the pencil, then colour. Give each i a round dot that floats clear of its stem.
How big do the letters print?
On one sheet the H is 38 to 48 mm tall in the Bubble look and 46 to 61 mm in Hollow, Chewy tallest. One letter per page gives a Bubble H of 117 to 151 mm.
Is it spelled Hawaii or Hawai‘i?
Both. In Hawaiian an ʻokina, the letter for a glottal stop, comes before the last i; the state constitution says The State of Hawaii. No font holds that letter, so the Hawai‘i preset uses a left single quote and prints a 34 mm H.
Can I print it in colour?
Yes. Set Look to Sunset fade: yellow at the top, through coral, to purple. For one flat colour, open More options: Colours fills the Bubble letters in Sky blue, Hot pink, Gold, Purple, Red or Black.
Can I print Aloha, Maui or another word?
