Basketball in bubble letters opens on one sideways sheet: Chewy, black outline, white middle, the B 39 mm tall over that outline. Colour it in, type a team name, or split the word over ten sheets for a gym wall.

Basketball on 1 sheet or a 10-sheet banner
Print 1 page prints one sheet. For a banner, set What goes on a page to One letter per page: ten upright sheets, about 2.1 m of wall. Chewy draws all ten at one scale, the B 19 cm tall over its outline. The other five fit each letter to its own sheet, and the B comes out smallest. Hollow evens them out in all but Mochiy Pop One.
The five holes in Basketball
B, a, e, b and a have holes. The Bubble look fattens every stroke, so in Chewy they shrink to nicks. Mochiy Pop One keeps the B, both a's and the b white; Fredoka keeps the a's and the b. Hollow leaves all five open.
Tips
- How to draw it under Kind of sheet prints the word in four steps; ten letters is its limit.
- Basketball has no o to turn into a ball, and there is no ball pattern: draw one beside the word.
- A team name with a capital S: Chewy, Fredoka, DynaPuff and Baloo 2 draw it clean in the Bubble look.
Questions and answers
How do you draw basketball bubble letters?
Write the word lightly in pencil with wide gaps, because ten letters crowd fast. Draw a rounded outline around each letter, rub out the pencil inside, then colour. Keep the holes of the B, a, e and b small, as the Bubble look here does.
How big do the letters print?
Over its outline the B on one sheet is 30 to 40 mm tall in the Bubble look and 31 to 43 mm in Hollow, Chewy and Bubblegum Sans tallest. One letter per page gives a 15 to 19 cm Bubble B.
Can I print the letters in basketball orange?
Yes. Under More options, set Colours to Flame: orange Bubble letters with a dark brown edge, close to a traditional ball, which is orange with black ribs. The ribs are yours to draw. Look set to Fire fades from yellow to red instead.
Can I add a team name or a jersey number?
