Which ribbon is which
Unicode has one reminder ribbon. Its name and its three search words, celebration, reminder and ribbon, give it no colour, and it comes in no other version. Ribbon is the bow, and Unicode prints Wrapped gift between the two. The name under each tile tells them apart.
Make it pink, or any colour
The second group pairs the ribbon with Pink heart, the only emoji with pink in its name. Tap a pair and both are copied. The third group does the same for the other eleven heart colours. Teal is the light blue heart: CLDR, Unicode's list of search words, files teal there. One colour can belong to more than one cause, so say yours in words.

Questions and answers
Is there a pink ribbon emoji?
No. Unicode has one reminder ribbon, U+1F397, and sets no colour for it: none in its name, none in its search words. It has no colour versions the way hands have skin tones. The stand-in is the ribbon, then a pink heart.
Is there a breast cancer emoji?
Not by name. CLDR lists cancer only for the zodiac sign and the crab, and awareness for nothing. The pink ribbon is an international symbol of breast cancer awareness, so the closest is Pink ribbon: the reminder ribbon, then a pink heart.
What is the difference between ๐ and ๐๏ธ?
๐ is Ribbon, U+1F380, from Emoji 0.6: the bow. ๐๏ธ is Reminder ribbon, U+1F397, from Emoji 0.7: the ribbon worn to show support for a cause. CLDR lists celebration for both and bow for neither. Bow is under Wrapped gift.
Is there a text symbol for a ribbon?
Only the emoji's own text form. Reminder ribbon has one, U+1F397 plus U+FE0E: switch to Text style, set your words pink, and the ribbon follows. The font decides. Unicode's other ribbon characters are eight ribbon arrows, U+2BB0 to U+2BB7.

The emoji, their names, code points and Emoji version numbers come from emoji-test.txt, version 18.0 (https://www.unicode.org/Public/18.0.0/emoji/emoji-test.txt); names are the CLDR short names printed in that file, in sentence case. Three emoji have ribbon in a name or a search word: reminder ribbon, ribbon and heart with ribbon. One line of that file holds U+1F397, so there is one reminder ribbon, with no colour versions and no sequences built on it. Pink heart is the only emoji with pink in its name.
