Bears, weather, cups, food and small things

One face, ten owners
Ten pieces wear the same face: two carets for eyes and a v for a mouth, three characters, easy to change. Hyphens for the carets and the piece is asleep; a pair of o and it is surprised; two capital T and it is in tears. The bears have o o over a Y, and Rain cloud has been changed already.
