What each font adds to a bubble letter
Emilys Candy dots i and j with hearts and curls the ends of c, e, s, t and y. Mystery Quest winds full spirals into f, g, j, k, m, s and y. Henny Penny gives every letter its own size and tilt. Great Vibes is a slanted calligraphy script. Chewy and Bubblegum Sans are plain and fat, to carry Candy stripes or Halftone dots.
Why curls close up under the Bubble look
Bubble coats every stroke in the same outline: 0.065 em a side with Strength of the look at 30, where this page opens. A gap narrower than twice that fills in, so a spiral turns into a knob. Outline adds 0.03 em and Candy stripes 0.023, and the curls stay open.
Tips
- The hearts sit over small i and j only. Type Mini, not MINI, to get one.
- For bubble letters cool enough for a poster, pick Arch and a word without tails: the swash hugs the feet.
- New look changes font, fill, colours, shape and background. Your decoration and the strength slider stay where you put them.

How do I make bubble letters fancy by hand?
Draw the plain bubble letter first, then change one thing on every letter: curl each stroke end into a spiral, swap the dots for hearts, stripe the fill, or draw a second line just inside the outline. One trick per word reads as a style.
Can I make calligraphy bubble letters?
Yes, with Great Vibes, but Bubble evens out the pen. Its thickest stroke is about 0.07 em and the outline adds 0.065 em to each side, so thick and thin come out close to the same weight. Pick Outline to keep the contrast.
What font has a fancy bubble letters alphabet?
Emilys Candy is the closest of the six: a fat serif with the hearts and curls already built in. It is on Google Fonts, so a document can use the same letters. The thick outline is added by this page, not by the font.
