Cherry blossom sits first, U+1F338. CLDR, Unicode's list of search words, files exactly three emoji under spring: that one, Hyacinth and Honeybee. Under them are 72 more, from showers to plain-text florettes. That is spring emoji copy and paste, bee included.

Twelve flowers, one a daisy in disguise
Unicode's flower section holds twelve emoji and all are here. None is named daisy, and CLDR files nothing under daisy, daffodil or lily. Unicode's notes do call Blossom a daisy, so typing daisy finds it, along with Eight-petalled florette. Hyacinth works hardest: it also answers to lavender, lilac, lupine, bluebonnet and snapdragon.
The newest tile and the plainest ones
Monarch butterfly is the newest character here, Emoji 18.0, and a phone that has not caught up shows an empty box. Butterfly, from 3.0, is the safe one. For spring emojis copy and paste into a field that refuses emoji, open Spring symbols, no emoji. Unicode has four florettes, all Dingbats. Three are there, next to โ, the one character whose whole name is Flower.
Tips
Pollen has no emoji. Type pollen anyway: a line and the combo Hay fever answer, both built on Sneezing face, which Unicode's notes call Gesundheit.
Eight tiles have a text form, Umbrella, Bird and Rosette among them. Text style turns them into plain characters in the colour of your words.
The four drawings, the widest 20 columns, hold their shape in a monospaced font. Anywhere else the rain lands on the wrong tulip.
Questions and answers
What are the official spring emoji?
There is no official set. The nearest thing is CLDR's search word, which finds three: Cherry blossom, Hyacinth and Honeybee. Only the first is also filed under springtime. Tulip gets growth instead. The other 72 tiles are our picks. Easter emoji has the rabbit.
Is there a daisy emoji?
Not by name. Unicode's notes on Blossom, U+1F33C, give daisy as its other name, while CLDR files it under buttercup and dandelion. So it is three flowers at once and nobody calls it a blossom. Flower ASCII art has a daisy drawn from keyboard characters.
Why does a tile show as an empty box?
The emoji is newer than the phone. Monarch butterfly is Emoji 18.0, Hyacinth 15.0, and Lotus and both nests 14.0. In Showers, wind and rainbows everything but Kite is 0.7 or older. The list under the tool gives the Emoji version of every tile.

How this list was compiled: Built by script on 2026-09-19, not typed by hand. The emoji, their names, code points and Emoji version numbers come from emoji-test.txt, version 18.0 (https://www.unicode.org/Public/18.0.0/emoji/emoji-test.txt); names are the CLDR short names printed in that file, in sentence case. The search words are from the CLDR English annotations (https://github.com/unicode-org/cldr/blob/main/common/annotations/en.xml and https://github.com/unicode-org/cldr/blob/main/common/annotationsDerived/en.xml, main branch). CLDR lists the word spring for three emoji (honeybee, cherry blossom, hyacinth), springtime for cherry blossom only and bloom for hyacinth only; the first group is those three and nothing else. The second group is the other ten emoji of the plant-flower section of emoji-test.txt, so all twelve are here. The shoots, creatures and weather are our own choice of what a spring caption needs. CLDR lists nothing under pollen, allergy, seed, hatch or thaw. The text forms come from emoji-variation-sequences.txt, version 18.0.0 (https://www.unicode.org/Public/18.0.0/ucd/emoji/emoji-variation-sequences.txt). Every character that is not an emoji was checked against UnicodeData.txt, version 18.0.0 (https://www.unicode.org/Public/18.0.0/ucd/UnicodeData.txt), and a note that names a character uses its name from that file. That file has four characters with florette in their names, all in the Dingbats block, and one whose whole name is Flower. The other names of Blossom, White flower, Sneezing face, Floral heart and Rotated floral heart bullet, the glosses showers, showery weather and rainy weather, and the cross-references between Tulip and Flower, Rose and Wilted flower, Butterfly and Monarch butterfly come from NamesList.txt, version 18.0.0 (https://www.unicode.org/Public/18.0.0/ucd/NamesList.txt). The meanings of the four Han characters are the kDefinition values of the Unihan database, version 18.0.0 (https://www.unicode.org/Public/18.0.0/ucd/Unihan.zip). The note on the Hanami combo is from Wikipedia's Hanami article (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hanami), read on 2026-09-19. The 12 lines, 4 ASCII drawings and 12 combos are this site's own work: the emoji in them are fetched by name from emoji-test.txt and the drawings were made for this page.
