Symbols to Copy and How to Type Them

One page per symbol: tap a character to copy it, then read off its Alt code, Option key, HTML entity, LaTeX macro and code point.

Most of these characters are on no keyboard, which is why people end up here. Each page takes one symbol, or one small set, and lists the forms of it that Unicode has: the plain one, the heavy and outline ones, the emoji twin, the odd relatives.

More about these tools

Tap a character and it is copied. Next to it are the ways to type it that exist: an Alt code, an Option key, an HTML entity, a LaTeX macro. Where a method does not exist the cell stays empty, never guessed. Names and code points are the official ones from Unicode 18.0, written like U+2190, and a long page has a search box that takes a name, a code or a character. A page about one symbol goes wide on its variants. A set page shows one form of each symbol and links to the single pages for the rest.
